This conspiracy doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Yes orchestras tune together at a440hz, but over the course of a large complex symphony the strings lose their tune so the end of the song might even sound like it is at 448hz/432hz and all the instruments lose their tune unequally so it will actually be a variety around that. I don't think it makes a noticeable difference to the ear.
Make sense. The richest people in the world won't be on an article titled "10 Richest People In The World" because the last thing you would want if you were both smart and wealthy is to have people know exactly how much you are worth. You would want to keep people in the dark about how much power you really have and get off by the reactions people give you when you write fat checks without hesitation. The biggest power trip is getting off from the fear you give people from then not knowing how powerful you are or how much blackmail you have on them.
