I see this going badly. It’s already impossible to sue a judge for a poor ruling. How much more protection do they need? Also, if you’re afraid of your family or yourself getting hurt or killed, don’t go into the profession, simple as that. I am in a position in which I get death threats in the daily. I take anonymity seriously and have protected myself and family but I know at any time someone could come and try to murder us all. It hasn’t stopped me from doing my job. And I do have an exit strategy for when I retire to disappear.
We started off with vastly different politics but he has come to my side more and more. I credit the success of our 15 year marriage to being older when we got married, respecting each other (even when he is wrong), having the same religion, and both of us being passionate people that like to argue.
