Real implies growing; harvesting; fermenting; drying; roasting and transforming...fake implies the resulting product exchanged by pact aka buying (consent) and selling (suggestion).
In this example...chocolate is used by few to distract many from what's real (growing; harvesting; fermenting; drying; roasting and transforming) by faking it (lab-made). The longer the distraction goes on, the faker the product becomes. That goes for any product.
