Sadly, yes, there's a lot of practical advice and wisdom that may be lost and will have to be slowly regathered if it isn't. The good news is that most of the tutorials are on YouTube, and all of the plugins are spread across github, wikis, and other independent sites.
the new official RPG Maker forum operated by Gotcha Gotcha Games Inc..
a) Gotcha Gotcha Games aka GGG aka 666
b) Inc aka incorporate; verb - "to put something into the body or substance of something else; blend; absorb; eat" + in (within) corporate/corpus (body) aka "of a material or physical nature, not mental or spiritual".
How hard can it be to scrape it all and put it up somewhere else?
A streetshitter could vibecode an automated system for it in a day and the total cost of storage space would be incredibly low given it's mostly text, some screenshots and a few videos.
The new site will be https://guild.rpgmakerofficial.com
But nothing before will be preserved.
Welcome to Web 4.0.
Ugh.
The internet became monolithic.

There aren't any independent sites left anymore, Github is a Microsoft plant, wikis are unreliable and YT is google.
It's real

Yeah that was my point, and then stick it on a $5/mo VM, a torrent, and/or submit it to archive.org.
You should never be monetizing those in the first place
"$5/mo VM" as in a tiny webserver you can get for $5/month. that's all it really costs to host a low-traffic archive site.
Someone famous once said something about putting stock in earthly things that can be stolen or moth eaten being not the best.
Pretty sad.
RPG maker was the virtual version of LEGOs.
One of the few pieces of modern society that developed brains instead of destroying them.
Archive!
Screenshot everything!
There is still time to save it!
Ghostarchive, wayback, and archive.is
