Huh, imagine how abhorrent a group of people would have to be in order for their name to become an insult.
a) Calling implies "asking for"...attacking implies "giving an answer".
Example: If I attack you while telling you that you asked for it, then will you accept that?
b) There's only one quality (God given)...the conflict in-between qualify vs disqualify isn't God given, but shaped by taking a side in ignorance of God.
