Take a look for yourself

68°07'50.23"S 67°06'09.89"W.

That's how it appears on google maps as well.

It's just an artifact of the digital panoramic shot. They're all over the place in that picture; look at the base of the monument and the little pyramid structure just to the right of it (just a few more at a glance).

▲ 3 ▼
– Questionable [S] 3 points 5 days ago +7 / -4

Funny the artifacting doesn't effect the sky which seamlessly falls behind those mountains. This can not be explained using a stitched together panorama, nor a true 3d camera rig. This shows intentional manipulation, unlike the six wheeled cars in google street view.

What's funny is you don't know anything about the camera setup yet confidently have expectations on how it should perform.

What this shows is that you need more information.

What's funnier is I've seen this same artifact on several of my phone cameras. Background unaffected, foreground repeating things. Probably has something to do with the depth of field why some things get copied and some don't.

OP is confidently incorrect and unable to be deterred. Let the little guy have his day. What's he gonna do? Fly to the coordinates and take his own pic?

I have ruled out the only two camera setups and errors that could account for this. no more is needed.

Zoom in on that Lat/Long location.

What are the red, metal looking items on the shorline? Looks like some kind of landing area, or structure?

Edit: Also looks like a helipad on the same island.

To be honest, the 3 mountains/massif's he referenced could be part of the same complex. I won't jump to immediate conspiracy. However, there is a helluva lot of GIS partitioning and overlapping areas around that lat/long, so I have no doubt something is being hidden from the normal, public eye.

Be aware that the Google maps recieves their information from the NRO. If the NRO decides to block something out, they will. Google maps doesn't just service the US. Anyone on Earth can use it to zoom into locations. Some stuff may be blocked out for 'reasons'.

– BeefyBelisarius 6 points 5 days ago +6 / -0

Click the link, Hernan is the photographer Google is crediting with those three identical mountains. Rather doubt that's OP, otherwise he'd have the unedited original photo to show us.

So, I wonder what those mountains were copied over and why they were so sloppy about it? One at least has some different features on the front slope, but all three peaks are the same.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 4 ▼
– whatlike_withacloth 4 points 5 days ago +5 / -1

The two on the right have the same little mogul in front too.

I don't think it's a conspiracy. I think anyone who's ever messed with panoramic digital photography has seen this before. The pano-scan is supposed to overlay terrain where it overlaps, but sometimes it does things like... well exactly what we see in this pic.

If you more in the foreground and pan right, you'll see other odd duplicate features and a little blurriness to the right of the flagpole(?). All of this suggests a digital pano pic taken freehand, possibly on a tripod without a level pan. Either way, I'm in the "digital pano artifact" crowd.

What's the conspiracy supposed to be here anyway? Antarctica doesn't exist? Are we Flat Earthing?

/* holy shit keep panning right of the monument and you see a bunch more disjointed and/or duplicated shit, including the base of the monument.

Eh, I've been on both sides of the argument. Can confidently confirm that I was much more of a wall when I was still a programmed globe. And though I wouldn't call myself a flat earther, just because I know the earth isn't a globe, I would still say the people living in the globe deception are rigid as walls when it comes to pointing out the obvious flaws in heliocentrism.

I'm just too old for this shit, your joke was still clever though, albeit misdirected.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– CulturalSeasoning 2 points 2 days ago +2 / -0

Its good to be open minded, its good to ask questions and seek the truth. Flat earth theory brings about a ton of other implications, but the main one is that the governments of the world are colluding to hide it. But there are multiple experiments you can do yourself that will show you and prove to you that the Earth orbits the sun.

This is how the psyop works: the governments of the world are colluding to hide important truths, there really is a secret world government; and their power and influence is immense! Those who can see this are targeted to dissuade those who do not, and that's only a side-effect.

They are not nearly as powerful as you believe. THAT is the psyop, making you believe the kabal is so powerful that they can control the paradigm of shape of the universe. That is God-like power.

Be real, the kabal controls the culture through their control of the media, and you are counterculture through their failures to control speech and communication technologies like the internet. The kabal controls law, war and finance through corruption and fake red vs blue politics; but they still can't stop real militias from constantly forming against them. The kabal controls the weather through chemtrails and cloud seeding, but their efforts are only a mild influence that mother nature scoffs off at her will.

I could go on, but you hopefully see now what the psyop has done to you. The kabal is a huge evil power strangling the world but ultimately the are just a group of rich guys. They can be beaten, and they really don't want you to know that.

– Another_rando 1 point 1 day ago +2 / -1

There is no such thing as flat earth theory. The theory is the earth is not flat. Because as we observe with our eyes and body is that the horizon is flat, not rounded. and since we don't feel any movement, the observation is that we are stationary.

Thus, the theory, which needs to be proven is that the earth is a globe and that it moves. So, when testing that theory, there are too many holes for it to be true.

It's super easy to understand how things like times zones and seasons word without envoking a globe or solor system theory. Just like understanding why things fall. You don't need to make up a theory of gravity, we already have perfectly good physics of boyancy and electrostatic forces to explain everything. Gravity is just an observation of average acceleration. It's not a force and it's pretty much useless in physics. Yet, if you ask yourself how important gravity is, your programming kicks in and you "believe" it's critical for satellites and moon landing (also total hoaxes).

Also, despite your claims, there is not one single experiment that can prove the earth orbits a sun. If you think you can provide one, I am happy to show you how you've fooled. I've already done all this work, of deprogramming and using my reasoning to see how obvious the deception was.

About governments colluding at the highest level to manage a deception at this scale is hard for you to believe, but easy for me to conclude. Either way, it's not a real argument it's a logical fallacy to say since it's hard to believe then it must not be true. It's called appealing to authority.

I sat in your comfortable space long ago, in believe that it cannot be true that there is a master overlord controlling secret societiea that in turn control governments at the highest level.

But then I measured the horizon for myself, I used basic understanding of triangle math to determine the globe is impossible. And after I got that shit out of the way, I knew it was impossible that this is a globe of sovereign nations. Basically l, the root of all these deceptions start with lying about where we are.

You are too deep and can't see how simple it is to get out. I don't bother believing the details of things I can't prove. Like all this shit about cabal and what not. I know that somethings must be partially true, but it's garunteed to be mostly pys op.

So, going back to obvious things that can be tested and known. Disprove the globe theory and the heliocentric model using common sense and basic math.

Then, you can begin to see through the programming and massive psyop that you currently subscribe to.

Besides, i thought there is some grand conspiracy to obscure the truth? Oh, this was 'released' by accident??? FFS, jesu fucking christ man, Hernán Gabriel Rodríguez posts a photo in panorama mode.. The giveaway is that this is labeled Photo Sphere, not a straight single-frame photo. That means the image was assembled from multiple views, so duplicated or mirrored-looking features are very possible.

If you still think we are on a globe, orbiting a sun with a bunch of other giant rocks, you're way more retarded than the fake flat earther content online.

They are constantly posting content to discredit the anti-globe camp. People don't understand dicodomy is where you find the truth, surrounded by deceptions.

In all likelyhood, this image was planted to discredit the people trying to expose the Antarctica hoax. I have seen other panoramas of this outpost without the doctors mountains.

Careful what you share.

That said, you don't need images or anyone else to determine that this isn't a globe, meaning that Antarctica isn't an island, but it has to be a perimeter.

Go find the right size body of water and do math. Nothing people say is gonna break you from this delusion, you seem too far to even try. You must go out and prove it for yourself. If you went on this short adventure instead of larping an outing on google maps, you can know for sure whether the curve exists or not. Go see it with your own eyes.

It's okay to feel foolish sometimes.

– Dregan_ya -2 points 4 days ago +1 / -3

It doesn't, I've seen enough examples of lasers going straight across lakes that should not be seen due to curvature but there it is.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– CulturalSeasoning 2 points 4 days ago +2 / -0

I wouldn't expect a light focused to a laser to able to travel enough of a distance to show anything, you'd need an expensive high powered laser and even then the focus will have limitations. The earth is huge and the curve is more subtle than you think, most flat earth delusions come from using the wrong formula, so they may show you a laser pointer at a spot and say it should be somewhere else, but their math is off.

You don't need a laser or a zoom lens, just find a place where you can see the top half of a skyline across the water and then look up the distance away and the height of a recognizable landmark.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– Dregan_ya 2 points 4 days ago +2 / -0

They're lasers that shine for miles and using the metrics of 8" decline per mile which is the scientific consensus the laser is seen at the other side of the lake.

Multiple miles it travels hitting the other side perfectly. Tons of experiments showing this to be true. Either the 8" drop per mile is wrong or its a way bigger than "the science" says.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– CulturalSeasoning 2 points 4 days ago +2 / -0

8" per mile is wrong. That would not chart a curve, obviously. Very clear that you have been duped bc you're bad at math. Try to think back to 6th grade geometry class, if you made it that far, and remember how your teacher had you chart curves on a graph.

You know you're smarter than this, just remember. You've been too gullible and allowed others to make you doubt what you already knew to be true.

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– Dregan_ya 2 points 3 days ago +2 / -0

Every source says exactly this lol

Try thinking back to when u were in school and had to research something before looking foolish.

"Most sources consider 8 inches per mile as the most accurate estimate. That means that for every mile between you and an object, the curvature will obstruct 8 inches of the object's height."

permalink parent save report block reply
▲ 2 ▼
– CulturalSeasoning 2 points 2 days ago +2 / -0

That's simply not a curve. Are you unable to picture a graph in your mind? Do you need to draw it out? If it moves steadily by 8 inches every one mile than you will chart a straight line. There would have to be a "^2" or something like that in the formula.

Your sources are wrong. My source is elementary geometry.

For 1000's of years, starving, desperate men worked all day, vigorously, because labour is cheap, and their only option to keep their families fed would be to literally break their back just to feed their family. It was desperation that forged man to build cathedrals, blast mines, haul rocks, build railways and toil the land to create what we have today.

So, today, along comes a lazy, pathetic fool who get tired walking to the fridge for more soda, would never pick up a shovel, but does have thee tool to create a video claiming its all fake and there is no way man could build these things.
