Jesus acknowledged that the Jews were the descendants of Abraham, but that they weren’t the “children of Abraham” or the “children of God” anymore, but the “children of the devil”. Since Abraham is not their father, but the devil is, the promises that God gave to Abraham of those blessing Abrahams children being blessed does not apply to the Jews. They rejected Christ and are the children of the devil and not Abraham.
In John 8:37 Jesus said “I know you are Abraham’s descendants”.
in vs. 38, “If you were Abraham’s children,” said Jesus, “then you would[c] do what Abraham did.”
In vs 42, “If God were your Father, you would love me, for I have come here from God.
In vs 44, “You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires.“
Not to a select few, to the status quo Jew that rejected him. The Jews are the children of the devil because they rejected him.

Jesus even told Peter, 'get behind me, satan' because Peter was acting like the fallen adversaries.. Peter is still saved by Him. The Lord is constantly pointing out when we lean towards devils instead of Him, all races and faiths..
We've all rejected Him at some point, that's why He chose to save us!
Of course Jews can be saved. If they become Christian, they are no longer a Jew but a Christian. Biologically they are Jewish, but God doesn’t care about lineage anymore and so it doesn’t mean anything to him anymore
The only reason God cares about lineages is because of the promise between Him and the tribes of Israel to keep the truth of the most High God circulating throughout time. Many have been unfaithful but many have also been fatally faithful.
God existed before the Jews and promises have been handed down, through time, we may in fact be seeing the culmination of all things in real time, if we persevere and have patience.
In Jesus, there is no special lineage. The promises in the OT were to the “COA”, not to the children of the devil. Anybody can be a “COA”, so the importance of ethnicity has been completely removed by God.

Those people aren’t Jews, If you believe on Jesus you are a Christian, not a Jew. Jews are the “children of the devil” because they don’t love Jesus.
You're just making stuff up now. Since it's not in the text you're explaining your own reasons, not what the Bible says. The theological term for this category of error is eisegesis.

You're pretending that body = soul = spirit
Jesus removed every distinction of body/race. There is no Jew/Greek/gentile in Christ. The NT makes it clear over and over and over and over that ethnicity doesn’t matter anymore and u can only be a “COA” by loving Jesus.
