What you're saying is quite possible, except meditation won't open you up for hijacking of any kind.
I find myself much more and compose when I'm meditating.
Meditate. I fear that to escape this plane ur spirit needs to be calm. U could end up an apparition or a revenant, or a poltergeist. Haunting places.
