I guess your prolly referencing 33 as a masonic number. But its been a idea for a long time that humans could maybe use the moon as some kind of interstellar vehicle.

Its more than likely natural, but there are some awfully curious things about it, I suppose all the hobbyist will get a much better look at it come December. Yesterday was its closest approach to the sun, and it got way brighter than what was expected. Still no mars orbiter images, still no picture of a tail actually.
