Also, people in America are mocked as having "first world problems" meaning your problems are nothing in comparison to problems facing many third worlders.
So just go down the list and check mark everything good going on in your life and strengthen those things. Strengthen those relationships, pour energy into enhancing the things that are going well.
With the problems in your life i think what you need is GRACE to get through them. Research what GRACE is. It is something that is hard to have if you don't have it and hard to attain.
