What was going on with the NYC central park area back in those days. Wasn't that long ago. Was that supposed to be like park land. Doesn't seem very green. Meanwhile, you'd have the rich people in the mansions, looking out at these shacks. (media.scored.co)

The smaller the house, the easier to heat in Winter time.

Looking at the giant pits of rubble, im guessing it must have recently been filled in.

I also remember that during the great depression there was a very intense drought fueling shit like the dust bowl.

I still remember some of those stories we were taught in elementary school 30 years ago. I doubt they talk much about it today.

The Great Depression, the Dust Bowl, and drought were interconnected events in the 1930s, particularly in the American and Canadian prairies. The severe drought exacerbated the economic hardships of the Great Depression, leading to widespread agricultural failures, soil erosion, and mass migrations.

Those "houses" are shanty shacks built by the homeless. Wouldnt be surprised many of them lawyers and what not.

At least people still had compassion back then, no one was tearing their shit down or setting them on fire.

Nova scotia has taken a a rather stellar approach lmao.

They just keep tearing them down before they get to big and then shuffling them out of sight somewhere.

If they are lucky they might get one of the spots in the shelters, or maybe one of the homeless "buildings" that cost taxpayers as much as a rent somewhere for a year lmao.

Nova Scotia announced in October 2023 it was paying $7.5 million for 200 shelters made by the American company Pallet, with 100 of them earmarked for use in Halifax.

There are 19 people living in individual Pallet shelters at a site in the Halifax-area suburb of Lower Sackville, set up alongside separate washrooms and a laundry facility.

So we just built a 3 million dollar shelter at the Halifax fourm and evidently none of the homeless people want to use it?! What a joke! I see no other reason they don't wanna use it other then the fact they can't do drugs in it. It's time to kick them off public Land. What you guys think??

Boy how things have changed.

At any time the foreign international banking cartel can rug pull the federal reserve fiat currency and cause far reaching economic turmoil comparable to the Great Depression.

What if we had a politician who was REALLY going to end the fed? jew bankers, in retaliation, would make it as negatively consequential as possible.

pulling fiat

Fiat/fieri/bheue - "to be, exist, grow"... https://www.etymonline.com/word/fiat

Current (inception towards death) pushes fiat (life)...suggested fiat currency pulls consent along. Few don't have to pull fiat...it's many, who by consent, are attaching themselves to suggested fiat aka to the hope that fiat currency grows being.

none of the homeless people want to use it

Because a home implies ones shelter from one another...a homeless shelter exposes one to one another.
