Samson option is something I do believe they'd do if cornered.
They will never do that, just because that will mean complete and final resolve of Jewish question on the Earth. Jews will never abandon even tiny possibility to stay in control somewhere and use their victim chutzpa. Samson option will forever make that impossible.
It is just another Jewish chutzpa, one from the endless list.
They could hypothetically do it once they have Ukraine.

"Terrorists" getting enriched uranium is a total nothing burger because the amount of equipment and technical expertise needed to use it is astronomical.
The real problem is governments getting their hands on it.
