Soviet internationalism doctrine stated that all etnicities are equal, but different in culture, faith, traditions and so on. Unlike Jewish "internationalism", soviet one does not force interetnicity mixing, not even talking about interracial one, therre was no any special rights for "minorities", and it encouraged development of ethnic culture and traditions.
