All of these conspiracy platform are like Potemkin villages. Carefully curated, filled with Jewish shills playing ALL sides of the spectrum. They have multiple levels of Potemkin villages. The MSM, the main alternative media, the alt-right/right wing Trumpers, and even obscure places like this one.
A lot of effort goes into this. That said, there are still genuine accounts and people on all of these platforms and one must be effective when targeting them.
I just figured how on BitChute for instance. They don't just have few false opposition channels. They have a TON of false opposition channels. Covering the entire spectrum. There are MORE fake channels than real ones. Let alone those who are brainwashed by these fake channels and then start parroting them.
Some channels have a lot of comments. Only to realize they are all fake users/ fake channels. I found also Channels pretending to refute other fake channels while both are Jewish channels! Incredible to be honest the effort they go into.

Sites which are not run by them are subverted by them which ends in the same result. If they can't subvert they will close it. Either way they will keep an eye on it.
In the days when E-mails where relatively new I sent an E-mail to about 20 people about Jews. I later found out from one whom I sent them the E-mail to that within 5 minutes that they received an E-mail from a stranger telling them what I sent was lies and they should completely forget about it!
Basically, ALL communication is carefully monitored to a bigger extent than people imagine. They will not have something viewed by thousands of people unmonitored. When talking to normies you can only nudge them. You can't expect to undo years of brainwashing with a comment or 5 minute conversation. All perceivable moving through each ones perception implies ocular spectrum aka visible form. Anything suggested held within mind/memory covers all perceivable from ones view.
a) Nature channels being (life) in-between opposites (inception towards death)...a jew suggests artificial opposition to turn gentiles against each other within a conflict of reason (true vs false).
b) It's not a ton of false or true, but ALL change for each alternating ONE within. Holding onto either true or false, while alternating, makes the other side look like a ton.
It's gentiles who by consenting give CREDIT to a jewish suggestion...suggesting implies the least amount of effort, while consent holding onto suggested, and thereby realizing fiction, implies the most amount of effort.
Example...a jew suggests words (artifice) within sound (natural), which tempts gentiles to amount words within sound, while carrying those words as definitions; meaning; beliefs; ideals; truths and lies etc. within mind/memory. The more gentiles burdening self, the less effort each jew has to put up to put gentiles down.
