Storms are being 'pulsed' from Beijing into the jet stream, causing unusual weather patterns and storms. Check out the global radar and prove me wrong.
It wouldn't surprise me not one little bit. Rest assured that the Earth will obtain equilibrium after any such modification regardless of the country of origin. I'm almost positive our government right here in the US is guilty of the same thing at one time or even currently

I believe we did so in Vietnam during the war also. It wouldn't surprise me if we were still doing it. It would surprise me less if the "chem trails" we see here are a countermeasure to what is being done to us. A lot of treachery in this world
