"The Constitution is not a suicide pact" has been said a thousand times before from every ideological spectrum. This isn't any different. It is wild.
a) Violate/violare/vis - "driven by force"...natural L(and) A(ir) W(ater) drives apart by force. That's why law cannot be violated by anything within aka by any partial within the whole of law.
b) Country/count - "to enumerate"...if nature drives each one by force apart from one another, then enumerating implies the fruitless attempt to save one within all.
Enumerating life, while being driven by force from inception towards death...cannot save.
c) Save/salvus/sol - "whole"...being implies partial within whole. The suggested word "save" tricks the ones who lack self discernment to seek an inversion (whole out of partial) of being (partial within whole).
Each one is already saved, cause each one exists within all/whole/sole/sol - "save".
