My son had to train his replacement growing legal weed in Colorado. He was pissed, but I told him to double the nutrients in the batch and then dilute it accordingly after everyone was gone. Undiluted, the solution would cause nutrient lock out and produce bad results. Once they let him go, it took them a few grow cycles (almost a year) to figure out what they were doing wrong. Just about bankrupted them. All because they wanted to cut the head growers pay in half.

He should’ve voted harder. That would fix it.
