Well, exosomes are real; non-exosome cellular detritus, shit, is real. Some large items that have been called "viruses" have been photo'd.

But you are 100% correct (I think) if you re-worded to something like:

"AFAIK there seems to be, neither, any worthwhile evidence for "it's viruses" nor for for the existence of v____ that match (at all) what are claimed of these v____s"

Exosomes don’t prove the existence of viruses. You either have a naturally-occurring thing (bacteria, parasites, fungi) or you have a man-made thing (AIDS, toxins, bioweapons).

I was just trying to make a strong, true statement: "Exosomes exist ... "
