Ive always struggled with my weight, but ever since being poisoned and having my phosphorous crashed, oh man I am so fucking hungry all the time. To scared to fast more than 18 hours. I used to do three day fasts about once every other month, usually a 24 hour fast once a week. And I still intermittent fast everyday. Normally dont eat breakfast, will eat dinner and some snacks in a 4 hour window.
But ive went from 280 to 380. Im guessing the phosphorous is giving me this enormous appetite.
really sucks. Im currently down to like 360 again, but its a fucking struggle. Drinking all the sugar is prolly fucking me over but I dont feel like I can quit or im going to die lmao. I know getting diabetes would make it quicker and its honestly kinda shocking I havent ended up diabetic yet.
Prolly cause of the intermittent fasting.
Despite being so heavy, my heart feels pretty good these days. Its the blood phosphorous and the really high parathyroid hormone making me feel like death.
Im likely going to die from the phosphorous issues before I end up diabetic or have a heart attack.

Even at 280 lbs I wasnt that over weight, tried to join the army, they wouldnt let me join bootcamp until I was within a good bmi which they calculated at 240 based on the width of my wrists and neck. (many 6'3 football players are around 220 and considered "obese")
Im pretty thick boned and carry alot of muscle.
I hauled alot of buckets of water out of the well, lot of logs, lot of heavy stone when I was a kid. I carry a bit of muscle.
Being fat is just terrible though, terrible. I was walking down the road the other day and some black teenager on the schoolbus yelling at me to lose weight. I told him getting medical help would be a good start.
If my phosphorous was normal, id be doing a five day fast once a month until I got back to my normal weight, 280 which is what ive been since I was like 16 and full grown lol. I dont really care so much about what I look like as much as I do about how I feel.
I feel like if I tried to do a three day fast, id run out of phosphorous and die lol.
All I will eat for a day is a huge salad full of cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, (its the only way to make me feel full eating leaves), with something like 70g of hamburger. (also, I try to use a minimal amount of dressing, and was making my own with olive oil for a bit, but then olive oil became stupid expensive, of course)
And I still GAIN weight, its BULLSHIT. I would totally blame it on the pop, as im drinking something like 2 liters a day to satisfy my craving.
Ive quit drinking pop for years at a time, and its literally done nothing to help me lose weight either, fasting is the only effective method that I have found but you cant do it when you have fucking blood abnormalities.
Yeah, no problem except I wake up every morning feeling like I already worked out.
Its like asking a cancer patient why they are laying in bed all day lmao.
I know I sound pathetic, but I legit need medical help and these fags just wont do it. They refuse to even give me a basic 24/7 urine collection. I give up lmao.
I am obviously a big dude, when I was working at arca draining those refrigerators and freezers, I was handing double wide refrigerators, 6f deep freezers and even commercial units by myself no problem, when the freon disposal technician is supposed to have a helper lmao. Easy moving a fridge around when you stand taller than it lol.
But I do appreciate the tip.
I just like fasting because its a basically no energy method, sure fire way to lose weight. All it takes is some self discipline.

You don't have to progress that fast, I was just explaining it in few words. To start, I think it took me a month to start the one 15 minute set, I had a damaged ankle. Trust me the faster you get the further the distance you get, and the more you burn.

Br0 get spotify and start walking, start out timing 15 mins at a time, turn back at 7 minutes.
Up that to 30 minutes a walk after doing the 15 minute thing 2x a couple of times.
Once you manage 2 sets of 1/2 hour and try 1 hour you will be doubling your calorie burning (2 half hours burns less than 1 hour continuously)
2 hours almost every day and I lost 100 pounds at 365.
(Edit: I was the same as you, I would get hungry the more I worked, sadly after 40 it just never burns off)
