Civil war doesn't involve the entire population. It's typically a small percentage that fight. I believe they want a civil war to get the most radical to kill each other. The docile people remain
If they wanted that, it would have happened decades ago. I really don’t think you understand the scope of their power… They self-evidently don’t want war. They want controlled military action to slaughter all whites door to door, which they believe they can’t yet do.
