Context: They force you to link your PSN account to the game before playing, removed the game in 177 third world hellholes (Suprised that China, Hong Kong and Russia are unaffected) and bizzare nerfs out of nowhere.
I wish this would happen to modern Pokemon games, those are even worse and had long overstayed their welcome
When you consider to dive into hell for a second time yet don't wanna be held accountable...
Real Context:
-It's has small development team (Not AAA) but published by Sony.
-They back tracked on steam users having to create and or link a PSN account.
Player base dropped because it's grindy repetitive rinse and repeat.
I never played this game, but I was surprised to find out baldurs gate almost grossed one billion in their first year. I never played baldurs gate either. Not really games im interested in. My time with multiplayer games is pretty much done.
I am still trying to write my own engine. Im getting into rendering apis now. I think I am going to support openGL, and direct x for now, with vulkan later down the road.
Holy shit though, im dealing with doctorate level shit at this point, its not easy. Funny how doctors just assume im a dumbass though, because I choose to learn a different field than them. Theres a few people in the family with masters and a couple with doctorates. I wouldnt say were retarded, I just lack any drive or will to do anything especially after everything I been through in this life. Nothing just seems to really matter anymore. Whatever though.
At least its not woke, I imagine baldurs gate is, just from looking at the devs and its weird the term woke has been weaponized.
Came across this thread earlier on r/conspiracy agreeing with that.

The best thing for gamers to do is stop buying games and cancel their subscription. Let the Big Gaming companies die off.
Is there anything more pathetic than manchildren getting upset about video games?
Yes, getting upset about them getting upset is infinitely more pathetic.
