"They" no longer have the time and luxury of staging color revolutions, as they did with Yanukovich in Ukraine. Point is, They just need these fuckers dead. It's all actually a sign of that They are losing their grip and are desperate.

And the guy he shot, was an anti NWO/immigration populist, which makes him a moderate guy, if not on the right.
