Seems to me like genetically modifying to get pure red heifers is kind of like an ugly woman getting plastic surgery and fake tits. Because of that, I think their plan will fizzle out

It is such a Pharisee thing to do, to buy red heifers from a foreign country to be all technical about the sacrifice, rather than wait for a sign from God for a red heifer to actually be born where they want to sacrifice it.
