If he goes at all. They will fight the verdict and who knows, a few years from now a small article about how he only needs to do 5, but since already taken that long he gets to walk.
Or they give him 15, but just on paper.
If he's not in jail already, it's not too late for him to flee to Israel.

Federal crimes are not eligible for parole, though Bankman-Fried could shave off a considerable amount of time — perhaps as high as 40 or 50% — with good behavior and completing prison rehabilitation programs, said Mark Bini, a veteran prosecutor-turned-defense lawyer at white-shoe law firm Reed Smith.
This means the fallen crypto king could serve as little as 12.5 years.
He'll be pardoned in 4 years by Trump.
I love the ambiguity. Trump supporters will think you're talking about Ross Ulbricht, everyone else knows you're talking about Sam Bankman-Fried.
One stole from the CIA, the other is bankrolled by the CIA
Stop. Noticing.
Is it because they were convicted of different crimes?
For once I actually agree with you lol. Ulbricht is responsible for facilitating drug sales that likely killed hundreds or thousands. (If everything they say about him is true) While I think bankman fried should face harsher penalties, these two crimes aren’t really comparable imo
You've been running defense for Sam Bankman-Fried since day one. Are you his attorney or something? The kike should be impaled.
I have never defended this criminal you fucking liar. On the contrary, I have predicted that he'll be locked up for a long time, unlike others who claimed he'd get off the hook or get a short sentence.
All you can do is lie.
Stealing over a billion dollars and laundering it to the Democrat party to help steal the election should be punishable by impalement.
This kike is going to do about 10 years in a luxurious spa retreat.
Provide any post of mine where I defend this guy.
Or admit that you are lying.
You did not defend the guy in the sense that you are arguing for his innocence (to my knowledge). So that clarification is necessary for me to make.
Every personal argument between you and me regarding this subject was about what his punishment would be. The general consensus in Conspiracies forum was that he'd be treated with Jewish privilege, which seems to be the case since his sentencing is light compared to what a white man would receive.
It also seems that they did not levy as many charges against him as they should have.
Do you know if the judge ruled on how the political donations should be treated? The DNC had stated that they'd set aside the money until legal counsel advised how to treat it, but I never heard an update.
Democrats won’t use Sam Bankman-Fried’s campaign donations https://www.axios.com/2022/12/17/sam-bankman-fried-ftx-democrats-donations
I am not a legal expert, but my guess is that there are federal guidelines that give a spectrum of sentencing guidelines for crimes such as this. So where the Federal government uses more discretion is what charges they press in the first place, and which charges they drop or dismiss. For each charge they can stack sentencing. To look into this in more depth would take time that I do not have available today. But perhaps we can dive into it deeper in the future so you and I can stop arguing about how fair or unfair or harsh his sentencing was.
How exactly is arguing (and correctly predicting) that he'd get a high sentence "defending" him?
Please explain.
What exactly have I been defending in this context?
And you were wrong.
25 years instead of 115
Of which he will do maybe half, in a luxurious rehab center for privileged Jew boys
But I'm not here to beat you up for your wrong prediction. It just seems strange to me that you are pretending this guy got the book thrown at him. He committed a massive fraud of over a billion dollars and ripped off a whole bunch of people for lots of money and even laundered the money to election campaigns.
Did the judge make any ruling how the DNC should handle all the campaign donations he made?
