I just watched the documentary. Of all the amazing things Jackson did (like defunding the central bank and paying off the debt) we're constantly reminded he owned slaves and was "a racist".
Normies on history: "Slavery was so bad and people were savage bigots back then!"
Them again: "Govern me harder daddy! The Fed and IRS is fine, monopoly money printing, inflation and debt is how economic growth happens. Racism doesn't count when it's against whites. I love being a slave to transnational mega corporations and jewish banking dynasties!"
I hate this soy patronizing smugness of modern day progressive mediocrity especially when dealing with legends of that caliber.
Personally, I like Calvin Coolidge better. He was known as "Silent Cal". At a dinner party, an attractive young woman once made a bet in his hearing with another person that she could get him to say more than two words. He said "you lose."
Ahhh! Fourth hand historical cringe! He had so many other choices! "Let's fuck!" "Suck it!" "Shit Horse!" "Fuck Shit!" "Taco Slut!" "Vermilion Shaft!" "Loblolly Blatherskite!"
He went hard against the banking cartel and the failed US central bank of the time. They tried to assassinate him for it. I don't know much else about him but based on that he seems legit.
Andrew Jackson was based though.
My favorite and by far the most terrifying president
He's got some sick quotes, I feel the same way as this one.
"I was born for a storm, and a calm does not suit me." Andrew Jackson

They cast historical figures like Jackson in a bad light using dishonest morality as justification.
What a badass. Imagine if the US had a president like that today. Imagine if any country had a leader like that. We're cucked beyond words.
It's not over till the fat lady sings
