You've never hung out in the slums? Emergency Room is the EBT version of a primary care physician. Medicaid or whatever insurance covers the ER every time. I can't count on two hands the number of times I've driven someone to the emergency room with a case of the sniffles. And that was pre-covid.
It was the people I lived around. Like an Uber before there was Uber. Friends or acquaintances. They'd smoke me up a blunt or give me gas, but I drove because I had the car.
