12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against the kings, against the authorities, and against the rulers of the darkness of this world; against the spiritual forces of iniquity which are in the high place.

Really, source is even more interesting.
Words that translated as "kings", "authorites", "rulers", "spiritual forces of iniquity" are really "ἀρχή", "ἐξουσία", "κοσμοκράτωρ", "πνευματικός πονηρία ". i.e. "archon", "power", "cosmocrator", "spiritual corruption/illness".
It is not about some exact persons, but about concepts of such statuses and powers that corrupt and destroy human spirit
IDK, it's like not "against Biden" or whoever is US president, but "against existence of status, position and power of US President".
First part directly point that out - "not against flesh and blood", i.e. not against some physical person (who obviously will be just replaced with another one) but against the idea of some "supreme ruler".
I think New Testament would have been instantly banned in modern West if it was translated word-to-word from original with same meaning kept.
It's almost always on the list of angels.
Concept aka "that which can be framed within mind"...ones consent permits others to frame suggested information within ones mind/memory.
Literally right here.
I guess king james*'s* version wasn't going to say kings are evil
Literally did, though.
What am I missing? It's in both my kjv and nkjv bibles.
The gospel of Judas.
Where can I verify this?
The Geneva translation before KJV

Says the same thing. Language shifts. The 1611 and the 1769 KJV differ because of linguistic shifts (ß was removed from English, for example). The words remain the same.
Now, you want to talk about FALSE translations, I’m all about that. Let’s do it. The NWT talks about marshmallows as though we’re going to believe that.
No way there really were marsh mellows in pre Islamic Egypt
The plant, but that’s not what they’re saying here.
Ha ha ha still laughing
Every single Bible website on the Internet, also every physical bible.
Ones consent authorizes the suggestions of others.
Ignoring (dark) perceivable (bright) permits others to rule by suggestion, which exploits ones ignorance, while obfuscating ones perception.
German König; from kuning aka CUNNING (possessing knowledge). Perceivable (inspiration) cannot be held onto; hence others tempting one to claim (consent) possession over suggested (information).
Intelligence (Latin intelligo; to understand) implies ones consent to "stand under" the suggestions of another, hence elevating others onto a higher place than the submissive self.
An allegory...if one puts others onto a pedestal; then one digs self into a pit.
If audience (life) ignores host (inception towards death), then shit gets hostile. On the other hand...if audience adapts to host; then it remains hospitable.
