Releasing millions of species alien to biome could have so many unpredicted consequences, that doing it without knowing what really will happen is at least irresponsible.
If it is nectar-feeding bird, then what the fuck mosquitoes have to do with its survival? Doesn't cultivating more flowers and trees be more suitable? Mosquitoes also does not even pollinate flora, it is bees and bumblebees who are in that business in nature. So, even if you highly obsessed with insects, then cultivating bees and bumblebees is needed to improve flora for nectar-feeding birds, not mosquitoes.
