Had to repost this gem from r/conspiracy.

Remember that post a while back about the dietician who claimed it was ok to eat 2000 calories while fasting. Make sense now?

All of us here know it, but its nice to see someone exposing it.

One of the biggest eye opening parts is where this guy is claiming that many people who start schooling to become a doctor or even a dietician, will leave in disgust if they have any kind of decency. Makes alot of fucking sense.

The hippocratic oath is a joke now, an absolute joke.

One of the most effective paths to waking people up to all sorts of conspiracies and rabbit holes is through food and nutrition. It’s a great way to show people the corruption and evil in this world and it was my main path into conspiracies many years ago.

Back when I was trying to lose weight (about 15 years ago) I decided to see a local registered dietician. While she gave some helpful tips, I would lose track of how many times during a meeting she'd be pushing specifically Larabar, Clif bars and all this other sugar and crap laden "health" food like granola by specific vendors. Then would complain about my apple, banana and carrot consumption because they contain "too much sugar."

So, IMO, this is kind of not really new, but nobody's really ever brought exposure to it.

I love this man. He was a big help back in my keto days and still shares some of the most important nutrition information out there.
