Because that's how they operate, just take a look at the past and how the elites were trying to create a utopian one world order out of chaos before in time.
Study the history of mankind, and question everything!
If they wanted war, they would have had war already. They don’t actually want nukes to fly. They don’t want chaos and destruction. They want their order—which they already have, worldwide—to be completed. Moreover, they want it completed with as little work and effort on their part as possible, which is why they always go for third party underhanded tactics.
But they want everyone to join their mindless wars, I don't even watch the news and see Zelenskyy's propaganda everywhere.

Those are just proxy conflicts between two factions they already control. That’s not war. It’s culling. They exist solely to slaughter whites. That’s what I mean by “complete.” If someone disobeys them, they send their puppets to die. If someone doesn’t disobey them, they tell you that someone did and send their puppets to die anyway.
“A total global war” only happens if anyone, anywhere, actually fights back against them. That hasn’t happened in 75 years.
