Those are just proxy conflicts between two factions they already control. That’s not war. It’s culling. They exist solely to slaughter whites. That’s what I mean by “complete.” If someone disobeys them, they send their puppets to die. If someone doesn’t disobey them, they tell you that someone did and send their puppets to die anyway.
“A total global war” only happens if anyone, anywhere, actually fights back against them. That hasn’t happened in 75 years.
