So, instead of rising own servers
( https://jitsi.github.io/handbook/docs/devops-guide/ ) and using them as they wish, anonymously, without logging or whatever, some dumbfucks for unknown reasons used Jitsi clients with demo server of Jitsi project.
What's the point? If you use third-party server for your communications, it is not any different from using whatever BigBrother shit.
I personally don't like Jitsi, since it is very memory and CPU hungry, being written in Java/JS, but I don't see any reasons for discontent. Software and code is fine, it is fault of stupid users who are too lazy to rise their own servers. They are their own betrayers, not Jitsi community.
Third - Notice the 'tor' symbol next to all US servers that recently appeared? To entice you to use Tor WHILE using their VPN so that they could see what you are doing while on Tor?

My guess is proton mail/vpn
At first - You could sign up anonymously
Second - They start requiring phone verification
