I read a number of years ago how half of all baby boomers own more than 1 house (I'm not part of that crowd). If they didn't allow massive immigration, there would be more houses than people in 10 more years. Banks are not going to let that happen
The illegal immigrants rent AirBNB because they can't qualify for rent anywhere else. That's what all these construction guys do. The monthly rental is about double rental market value. They'll get 10 in a house in a nice neighborhood and split the rent. Can't tell me nobody knows what is going on. They're cashing in on these guys
Only if it has significant returns, and if it doesn't have Civil litigation on each independently owned development. Aren't the Government currently investigating the dead, months, even a year, or more if forensics call for it. Significant, dead, causing extended investigations, and a death toll climbing. Forensics are investigating.
Maui had the fire engines, coming form where? Where were the fire departments located? Where,? Did they make a line, pushing back sides of the fire? At which points? Did they use boats? When did the airplanes, arrive?
Who is proposing redevelopment and how are any current landowners affected by it?
I know nobody can develop it, while investigations are still carrying out their forensics. Then there is litigation into all further proposals, as further services and access become available.
Suggesting a redeveloper jumped through all the hurdles and is now absolutely in charge of all later planning, distribution, services, and infrastructure is absurd? Perhaps conspiratorial. Where there are some kind of structures into it. I don't know how that works? Do you? Except not, with active investigations.
