I read a number of years ago how half of all baby boomers own more than 1 house (I'm not part of that crowd). If they didn't allow massive immigration, there would be more houses than people in 10 more years. Banks are not going to let that happen
The illegal immigrants rent AirBNB because they can't qualify for rent anywhere else. That's what all these construction guys do. The monthly rental is about double rental market value. They'll get 10 in a house in a nice neighborhood and split the rent. Can't tell me nobody knows what is going on. They're cashing in on these guys
