This corporation has a DEWS facility in MAUI, a quick read of their marketing on their web site advises me that their DEW weaponary is already in active use by pilots. They also have facilities high on a mountain, does this high position give a line of sight view to the incinerated areas ? Also, if pilots are already using this DEW technology, why not have it mounted on a satellite and operated remotely,as they do with drones, perhaps a module of the operator training is who can make the best Crop Circle.

The question everybody asks is why these fires affect the West more. Different fuana? I mean seriously. The plants just spontaneously combust? Quite unlike the rest of the planet. After a very wet and cold winter. Whoosh? They're Kindling. Next a quarter of Canada is incinerated?

What I learned in school was that we just had an unusual wet period for 100 yrs in CA.
Ground water has been depleting rapidly. More population drinking it.
Not 100 years the dustbowl.There was also a big huge waterway, where California was almost an Island. Look at maps from the 1700s, early 1800s. Now that waterway is a desert. In the last 100 years much quicker.

Not a conspiracy completely. The maps suggest a peninsula, a waterway that went to the other end, and it's on the fault. That area is a much bigger desert now.
But these days it's denied. It was in my history book.
I want to be interested in this stuff but we already have unsolved conspiracies such as that train car blowing up in Ohio months ago that everyone panicked over and now no one gives a shit about anymore.
I don't know why you need lasers.

What is that element that is highly flammable? You wouldn't need a DEW. The dust is enough to ignite in dry conditions. No residual traces it's burnt into the fauna. DEW you need more hits, it would have trace points.
Aside from any conspiracy. It's plain stupidity that cause. How many years of it already. Nobody on top of it until it's too late.

In short you could accelerate it so many ways, but most leave traces. Any conditions are already exasperated.
