Tested out this imagine.art. It used to be called Midjourney. "High Quality AI Art Generator - Embrace Midjourney Replacement"
I ran this same phrase, "a futuristic cityscape at night, with vibrant neon lights and advanced technology integrated into the architecture", through each of the 80 art styles, twice. Have a screenshot of each test with a thumbnail of the art style above. 80 pic album.

All of these, it's like a ghost city like the other AI. I guess it's cause it's "at night". You'd think there'd be more somebody in there. Only one was this "haunted" art style where you see figure further down.

Seems like this is what's going on with San Fran. And probably most downtowns in other cities. Why, right. Its these cabal guys. Well.. why.

b) suggested integer (entire) tempts one to ignore being fraction (perception) within whole (perceivable).
Vibration implies per (by) sonos (sound)...only within sound can there be vibration (resonance/dissonance).
That's how one builds ghost cities...by taking oneself out of the picture.
