When you do, and listen to a few episodes, you will soon realize that the federal government does not even pretend to adhere to the Constitution anymore.
People who believe we are still a Constitutional Republic have been brainwashed by that right wing Constitutional Conservative propaganda. That was me for several years prior to 2020.

Ill never forget that time someone claimed george w bush said the constitution was just a piece of paper. Of course fact checkers claim this false. But, look at everything he did during his presidency, and not through words, but sheer actions I think we all can infer what he thinks about it.

No right to private property.

Not even a right to be judged in court thanks to secret military tribunals.
The entire amendment process is a joke.
For example, to pass gun control laws, one should have to AMEND THE 2nd AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION. Instead, politicians and small two year short term legislators pass bullshit legislation restricting your freedom, bypassing the very difficult process of amendment to federal constitition.
Or how about all this LGBTQ bullshit? WE HAD TO PASS THE 19TH AMENDMENT JUST TO GIVE WOMEN A RIGHT TO VOTE, BUT FAGGOTS GET AUTOMATIC CIVIL RIGHTS PROTECTIONS JUST BY DECREE? BULLSHIT!!!!! PASS A FUCKING AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION IF YOU WANT TO GIVE FAGGOTS SPECIAL RIGHTS.
They DO NOT EVEN FOLLOW THE PROPER PROTOCOL FOR LAW!!!!!
The southern states didn't even get to sit their delegates during the civil war, meaning they were beign SHOT AT for trying to leave the union but NOT ALLOWED REPRESENTATION during the dispute, therefore denied equal rights in the union!!!
I could go on and on. The Quash covers a broad number of examples that the CONSTITUTION IS NOT EVEN FOLLOWED!!!! The fact that Republicans wrap themselves in the CONSTITUTION and do not even address the REAL FUCKING VIOLATIONS of the constitution they are FRAUDS!!! Guys like Mark Levin are JEW FRAUDS misguiding the republican party. Federal government exercises powers they do not even have. Wars are illegal and not approved according to the Constitution. etc. etc.
AMEND (Latin emendo; a fault) + MENT (Latin mentis; mind/memory)...what if that fault exists within ones mind/memory instead of the suggested amendments by others?
Does constitution (inception towards death) conserve the life within? What does ones need to breathe; drink; eat and shelter imply for conservation?
What is it that constitutes (enacts; establishes) all life? Can the constitution of being be canceled?
