I'm as guilty as anyone at being triggered and outraged when I hear about women's space being invaded. Such as the women's shelters that are admitting biological males who then rape and abuse them.
But I need to remind myself to frame this issue in a positive and affirming way for women and my values. Not reacting and giving narcs their supply (if you know narcissists, you know what I mean).
I mean I've got more than enough outrage for this and everything else. It is a worthy cause to fight against. That being said I don't think it deserves a majority of our energy, and it doesn't get mine.
But if you see evil, call it out, correct it, and go back to working on what you work on.
