No one person is a 100% right, but I think the author brings up some really good points. From geographical evidence to botanical/animal life. Its really something.

Lmao I just looked at the sea graph on the second page of ignatius's book, it shows azores, I was going to mention this the other day when I was talking about the titan imploding. I mentioned there was a report of a cylindrical ufo in the 60's that flew over the island and caused the electrical watches/clocks to stop working. I say this is close to where the implosion happened, i should have said "relatively", looks to be about 800-1200 kms maybe? straight shot away. Would only take a few minutes at mach 20 to get there.
Anyway, this must be where the author thinks atlantis may be...looking at the spot on google maps, it would make sense if the equator would become the poles.

Generally it was an advanced seafaring society organized into concentric rings containing all the known animals of the world. Then it was destroyed by sudden cataclysm.
Then there is the modern american (as far as i can tell/trace) revival of the myth where atlantis sunk but somehow survived the sinking and is still down there.
In my view, the atlantis myth is just another retelling of the biblical flood myth (perhaps even, its source). Atlantis wasn’t a country, nation, or continent - it was the entirety of the world prior to the global flood. Advanced and organized into concentric circles like we do today (latitude).
