Can you link the pictures? When I searched through duckduckgo it appears his left ear is detached and his right is attached. A bit odd maybe but I don’t see any variation between pics
Not saying this is the answer, but....in cosmetic surgery, often the facial skin is pulled back under the ears and cut/attached. Mind control and surgeries? Or doppleganger/double? The voice is very similar though weaker.
Only Biden's arrest or death would facilitate the need.
