From my experience with tinnitus, and my experience with stereoscopic headphones. Namely with albums released in the late 70's, that will cause the sounds to be coming from somewhere within your own skull.
To be clear, it doesn't actually have to be a physical sound. It can be an artificially induced sound taking place solely in the Auditory cortex.
And since you won't take personal testimony as an explanation. I went ahead and 'googled' that for you.
No offense, but since you made the claim, I would presume you'd provide the evidence, which needn't be a link per se. A stoke is not an aneurism. These people are, given how the clot shot works, are having a stroke rather than an aneurism I would guess.
"...these two serious conditions have some important differences....An ischemic stroke is the most common type of stroke...It occurs when an artery in the brain or an artery carrying blood to the brain becomes blocked....A hemorrhagic stroke isn’t related to blockage in an artery....The most common cause of a hemorrhagic stroke is the bursting of a small artery due to high blood pressure. It can also be caused by a cerebral aneurysm."
The vax, if it causes a stroke, could cause an aneurysm, but not the aneurysm by itself without the stroke first.
By dint of birth, perhaps, but I assure you that if asking for evidence after a claim is something you think is modernist, you've never read much ancient Greek philosophy or early Christian writings.
And I'm asking you to think. Not to assume the rightfulness of external information. Especially those you assume to be of a higher authority. Is nothing self evident to you?

Yes. Strokes are on the list as a cause. You're welcome.

[edited for clarity]
Please take offense at this next statement; You are a modern man.
Please feel free to intellectually challenge yourself with this next link.

Edited to add more after I responded, eh?
Did you even read your own link?
