The retail apocalypse was already in full swing 5 years ago. These companies won’t fix this problem because it actually HELPS them keep going and covers up how bad off they really are. These are zombie companies that should be put out their misery.

Yeah I’ve seen that headline and it’s horseshit. There was an article prior to rona that described how retailers, including Target and Walmart, were going to have to close a bunch of stores. That’s the part they’re leaving out; The stores were closing anyway. And it’s not because of Amazon either. They aren’t making any money because nobody has money to buy shit. I’ll make a post about this if I have time because what’s going on is clear once you look at it from the retail has gone bust perspective.

I go to stores now and see locked glass cases. At Home Depot I see locked wire cages. City life will change. Small town rural life will become desirable. Agenda 2030 is in full swing.
Theft will not stop any time soon. The entire retail model is being threatened and may have to shift to mostly online sales and package delivery. Local bricks and mortar may have to shift to old-style general stores with all product behind counter but updated to robots fetching product to bag at counter for checkout. New kind of store.
