It is open to interpretation what was the intention of that warning, and how Mossad agents "came across" people "tied to Bin Laden" in Florida. You should read the article it's entirety. Can you come up with an israel-postive spin on all the points mentioned? It's pretty damning evidence of explicit prior knowledge of the exact time and target of the event.
