The victim is everyone, the people who watched this, including the man who made it (who is also the perpetrator) because watching sick things even if they are fake is damaging.
On top of that the rest of us are victims because the precedent this sets will most certainly be abused to go after people for all sorts of other things
"Who filed the complaint", "what are their alleged damages", and "how is the artist still on the loose when the customer is going to jail?" are all interesting thoughtcrime questions.
