Proably not. Although there has been talk of years of building a tunnel across the atlantic or pacific, I cant remember which. The plans fell through, but perhaps one does exist.
I talked about this before when the subject of underground tunnels and deep underground military bases (dumb's) has come up before.
People think they wouldnt exist, but I remember reading a conspiracy theory years ago during the jade helm exercise's, that these tunnels were going to be used to quickly mobilize troops, weapons/ammo, hardware like tanks/helis/jets. The more outlandish of the claims suggested that some walmarts were connected to this system in texas I believe and that walmarts ties to the military industrial complex would allow them to be the sole suppliers of these things to the military haha. Dumb I know.
But perhaps maybe not far off from the truth? After all the highways and interstates in germany and america were both created for this exact reason. To quickly mobilize troops/hardware to wherever they needed to be.

The highways could be used for transporting troops and for evacuating cities in case of nuclear attack.
Now the paranoid theorist in me wonders if these tunnels are just more than modes of transportation, but transportation routes between literal underground cities with their own power/water/air supplies. You know, in case the end of this interglacial does happen.
Last thing they would want is people knowing that these things exist.
At the very least, these underground labyrinths have been used in war before. They make great fortifications to fight and hide from occupying forces. Plenty of places to hide troops and weapons.
