There is a doctor guy on Youtube (forgot his name) who avoided all potential estrogenic things like soy/beer/plastic/chemical hygiene products/etc for a month or something. His T level went up to mid-high from mid-low.
I personally avoid soy/beer, use glass/stainless containers, wash body/clothes with soap and never use certain deodorants. Those things matter. Some people may say "everything is moderation!!!" but the accumulation of moderation is an excess.
Oddly enough, some days I get irritated when people link videos. You don't have to purchase the book, you can use the blurb to find keywords, check it out from a library, or download it.
I trust a "doctor" on youtube with a open comments section than I do the real doctors.
WCB doctor and doctors in nova scotia. "Nope freon cant cause irregular heartbeat."
They get a second opinion from this guy.

His "professional" opinion.
Even if freon can cause irregular heartbeat, that was not the reason in my case. Determines this without any air quality records. Talk about slick.
Trys to claim the holter I got well over a year after claiming I was poisoned was proof that I was going to have heart problems. Fucking retard cant even care enough to read that it was 7 months from the day I stepped into half a dozen walk ins, the emergency room, and a family doctor to the day I was prescribed betablockers.
Doctors may be book smart, but most of them seem to be dummy corrupt money grubbing psychopath pieces of shit. In my humble opinion.

I have those habits from the neurologist. It got rid of severe migraines.
Some random guy on youtube is all the evidence I need!
Read a book then, it's all documented with plenty of studies:
Estrogeneration: How Estrogenics Are Making You Fat, Sick, and Infertile
https://www.amazon.com/Estrogeneration-Estrogenics-Making-Sick-Infertile/dp/1946546011
Did you fucking seriously link to a book on Amazon?
Is this a joke?
He doesn't need to link to a source.
Factdigger has integrity, unlike you and the lying Jew news you collect your lies from.
