In effect, the reckless developers have created electronic sociopaths.

  1. The operation of the engines does NOT guarantee truth.

  2. The bots lack a higher self, which in humans tries to guide behavior on the right moral path. In fact, the chatbots have the moral convictions of Hillary Clinton, a criminal sociopath who lies when it is convenient for her.

  3. The crude analogy is that the chatbots have no soul guiding them.

  4. These bots are built to generate plausible lies. That too is a sociopath trait. So basically, OpenAI, Google, Bing contruct mentally ill bots. That should scare you.

That's right. This current generation is just mechanical at its core, and it takes direction from the user. Although it sets its own search goals for information, it does not set life goals.

a) because the many are so bad at discerning that nature already made everything perceivable available.

b) reasoning (good vs bad) implies ones consent to suggested; while ignoring perceivable.

c) the few tempt the many to put themselves down, while reaching for things made up.

d) CHAT, verb - "to talk without form; to talk idly; to prate".
