I see the normies on reddit all the time saying how retarded people must be for not wanting 15 minute citys.
Sure, it sounds nice, just like the north american free trade union, or the no child left behind act. Give it a nice name and people wont give a shit lmao.
But it basically tells me, as a person who reads alot, that the article,
"Welcome To 2030: I Own Nothing, Have No Privacy And Life Has Never Been Better"
, is not just a whimsical notion and conspiracy theory, but the fucking plan.
Welcome to the year 2030. Welcome to my city - or should I say, "our city." I don't own anything. I don't own a car. I don't own a house. I don't own any appliances or any clothes.
It might seem odd to you, but it makes perfect sense for us in this city. Everything you considered a product, has now become a service. We have access to transportation, accommodation, food and all the things we need in our daily lives. One by one all these things became free, so it ended up not making sense for us to own much.
First communication became digitized and free to everyone. Then, when clean energy became free, things started to move quickly. Transportation dropped dramatically in price. It made no sense for us to own cars anymore, because we could call a driverless vehicle or a flying car for longer journeys within minutes. We started transporting ourselves in a much more organized and coordinated way when public transport became easier, quicker and more convenient than the car. Now I can hardly believe that we accepted congestion and traffic jams, not to mention the air pollution from combustion engines. What were we thinking?
Sometimes I use my bike when I go to see some of my friends. I enjoy the exercise and the ride. It kind of gets the soul to come along on the journey. Funny how some things seem never seem to lose their excitement: walking, biking, cooking, drawing and growing plants. It makes perfect sense and reminds us of how our culture emerged out of a close relationship with nature.
In our city we don't pay any rent, because someone else is using our free space whenever we do not need it. My living room is used for business meetings when I am not there.
Is this not describing what a "15 minute" city is. It's funny, most people are dumb enough to think they are going to get the flying drones to transport them around.
Sure, if your a rich person by blood, or a doctor, or a quantum physicist. Youll get everything you want. Everyone else is cogs to be used and tossed away at will. All towards the goal of making sure our leaders can live forever like the gods that created us.
Holy fuck what a terrible outlook. I just try to enjoy my life, hard to do when I'm deprived of the things I need to be happy and productive, like proper medical care. But what can any of us do?
I say a prayer every night that this interglacial will wipe these mad lads out before that happens, because I would rather our species go extinct, then continue to let these idiots speak for our planet and use their technology to live forever.
My main worry is at that point, what the fuck could you do that gives you pleasure?
Other than torture the fuck out of any living thing that whimsicals your fancy.
Kind of. Thats the whole point of BRICS - if one country have 15 minutes cities it can't depend its trade and everything with other country on fact that ohter country not having them. Same with everything else - LGBTXYZ+ rights, political system, guns laws, attitude to internal opposition and so on.
Don't project all that modern western "alliances" shit to others.
There are much more interesting thing going in BRICS - IMF, WEF and WHO tries to squeeze into with the help of some shills inside, but there is backlash from countries suffered heavy from those terrorist organizations. WTO is already out (actually now BRICS is attacking WTO demanding total rebuilding from scratch with declaring all previous WTO agreements void), so it is interesting how things will evolve further.
I see BRICS like "conservatives" of NWO who are trying to oppose "democrats" of NWO who run out of their minds completely, if this analogy is closer to your cultural and political background. Both have the same goals, but disagree on the tactics. This is a good thing because "Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand" as Jesus said according to Matthew 12:25. And I see absolutely no problems in applying their "divide and conquer" method to them.

Why?
To avoid different shit. To establish a reaaly free (not "free" as in the West interpretation of "free trade") trade.
For "covid"
"COVID" already switched to "sustainability"
"But remember how clean it was? Venice had dolphins in the canals, dur hurrr!"
Americans are funny. Apparently the only alternative to having to use a car for everything are communist hellhole ant hive cities.
