In 800 BC, the teachings of Melchizedek and Abraham reached Moses who converted the Hebrews to Monotheism. It was very difficult so Moses lied and said their Golden Calf God (named Yawhey) is the name of the 1 invisible God but he knew this was a lie to help push the Hebrews along to Monotheism. He also lied about God punishing them if they didn't listen which is how the God of fear myth grew.
The Trinity became the 1 God that spread around the World. The original Trinity was taught by a prophet in preHistoric times. It is true from my understanding. The Christ energy entered this World through the Jesus body to teach us some more about the personality of the 1 God and some other stuff.
