So what the solution?
The first part is here is that non-subverted, non-autistic groups arises to funnel public sentiment into action. And others, like you, work on moving the rethoric from a mere this should be stopped to "groomers" should face severe retribution, should actively be punished for this. And with keeping in mind how most people are typically ignorant on the topic and what to do about it.
The important point here is that collective, organized IRL action starts in the first place, even if obviously far from sufficient. That the snowball starts to roll.
The second part is that this keeps going, that these groups grows more organized or if they are destroyed by subversion and drama, others will form with more discipline and more experience. Becomes less timide, less blue-pilled with time. That the snowball keeps rolling, gets bigger.

What I've done is not for public consumption and not for spy agencies and honey pot websites to learn.
It may not sound all that dramatic but its a slick move. It shows enough resistance to fill the area, stops the activity, no cops/arrests/records. It just quietly swept the feet out from under them.
